// Phased-Array Synthesis

Antenna Array Designer Pro

A certified phased-array synthesis workstation that delivers deep nulls and optimized sidelobes simultaneously — every solution independently verifiable.

Antenna Array Designer Pro v2.0 replaces the long-standing tradeoff between null depth and sidelobe-level control with a deterministic global solver. It generates multiple candidate weight sets, solves each to machine precision against the universal array factor equation, and certifies every candidate against five independent quality checks. Engineers receive not a single result but a ranked menu of certified solutions and can re-prioritize by deepest nulls, lowest SLL, maximum directivity, or balanced performance — without resolving.

Numbers, with a way to check them.

Every figure below is reproducible against an external comparator. The mechanism is proprietary; the results are not.

What the engine guarantees.

Properties, not mechanism. Outcomes, not implementation.

  • Supports Uniform Linear, Rectangular, and Circular Arrays from 4 to 512 elements
  • Null depths down to the floor of double-precision arithmetic (−320 dB regime)
  • Simultaneous null placement and sidelobe-level optimization — no Chebyshev-taper destruction of nulls
  • Five-stage certification: residual, null depth, mainbeam pointing, visible-region, amplitude bounds
  • Seven-method baseline comparison (Scipy TRF, MVDR/Capon, LCMV, DFT codebooks ±Chebyshev) on every solve
  • Hardware export in JSON, CSV, MATLAB; verification scripts use the universal array factor equation
  • Sample certified report (144-element URA, 8 nulls, 23.2 dBi directivity, +11.4 dB SINR) available on request

Run the check yourself.

Every export ships with a MATLAB Phased Array Toolbox verification script that reproduces the result against the universal array factor equation. The seven-method baseline comparison runs on every solve so reviewers can see exactly how the certified candidate ranks against industry-standard baselines (Scipy TRF, MVDR/Capon, LCMV, DFT codebooks with and without Chebyshev tapering).

Who buys this.

Antenna engineers at defense primes, satellite communications system houses, 5G base-station OEMs, AESA radar developers, and counter-UAS sensor designers who need exportable, reviewable, and signed-off weight sets — not a black box.
